Returns for Non-Engraved Items
Non-engraved items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund minus the original shipping cost, if applicable.
To qualify for a return:

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
Engraving Guarantee
We stand behind the quality and accuracy of our engraving. If we make an engraving mistake, we will replace the item at no cost to you.
Custom Engraved Products
Because many of our products are custom engraved or personalized, these items are not eligible for return or refund unless an engraving error was made by Trophy King Online. Additional details about personalized products are explained in our Engraving Customization Policy below.
Customer Engraving Errors
If an engraving error occurs due to incorrect text submitted when placing the order, we will gladly produce a replacement item. However, the replacement cost and shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
Return Requests
To request a return or replacement, please contact our customer service team with your order information before sending any items back. Customers should contact us before returning any items so we can provide return instructions.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Trophy King Online works to process and ship orders as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality of our products and engraving services. Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances are outside our control.

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders that require custom engraving may require additional processing time depending on order volume and customization details.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped using reliable carriers such as UPS, USPS, or other available shipping providers depending on the destination and shipping option selected at checkout.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the shipping destination, package size, and selected shipping method.
Shipping Time
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. Estimated delivery times provided during checkout are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking

Shipping Issues

Trophy King Online is not responsible for delivery delays once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Custom Product Policy
Custom engraved items are considered personalized products and cannot be returned for refund unless the engraving error was made by Trophy King Online.
If an engraving error is made by our team, we will replace the item at no cost.

Minor adjustments to engraving layout may be made to ensure the best possible appearance and fit on the selected product.
